Artworks will be titled, dated and signed on reverse.

Custom handwritten note and Certificate of Authenticity included.

Artworks are unframed and ready to hang via eye hooks & picture wire.

OVERVIEW

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. All artworks are shipped from Australia.
Every artwork order is carefully packaged using protective glassine paper and bubble wrap in a sturdy cardboard box displaying fragile stickers to ensure the protection and safety of the artwork in transit.
We aim to ship all original artwork orders within 1-3 business days of the placed order. The artworks are sent via Australia Post.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product you purchase:
  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Is not as described
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Does not do what it is supposed to do
If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to:
  • A refund, or
  • A replacement
If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending your item.
Once confirmed, we will endeavour to arrange a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their damaged item.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
